You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if the item is unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Please report any damage or mismatched items within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a free pickup and replace or refund at no extra cost.
Cash refunds are issued at pickup. Card refunds reach your bank in 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
